Elise Topazian is an accomplished education professional with a diverse background in special education and program leadership. Currently serving as Strategy Lead, Program Lead, and Systems Improvement Advisor at Community Solutions, Inc., Elise previously held multiple roles at Uncommon Schools, including Special Education Coordinator, Dean of Students, and Lead English Teacher. Additional experience includes positions as Executive Functioning Specialist at The Quad Preparatory School, Exceptional Education Department Chair and Teacher at Metro Nashville Public Schools, and a Corps Member with Teach For America. Elise also contributed as a Teaching Assistant for Dr. Matthew Milliner at Wheaton College, interned at the United States Senate, and was a Fellow at the National Cancer Institute. Academically, Elise holds a Master of Education in Special Education from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor's Degree in Art History and Philosophy from Wheaton College.
