Erin Maus has been working in the field of social services for over two decades. With a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Wright State University, Erin has held various positions in organizations such as the Homeless Families Foundation as a Case Manager and currently at the Community Shelter Board as a System Manager. In their current role, Erin is responsible for improving and innovating programs and systems, monitoring investments, and contributing to the long-term strategy to end homelessness. Prior to this, Erin provided case management services to families, developed individualized case plans, and supervised internship programs.
