Lynn Miller received her law degree from UCLA (undergraduate at UC Berkeley). After a number of years in private practice as a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop and Fenwick & West, she joined Apple to manage their litigation and regulatory enforcement actions. She next joined Tesla as Deputy General Counsel, advising senior executives on areas of legal risk and leading the litigation, regulatory and privacy groups in a range of areas: securities, corporate governance, employment, commercial transactions, marketing/advertising and intellectual property. Lynn is currently General Counsel at Plus, a company pioneering more eco-friendly autonomous driving technology for trucks. Lynn grew up with music—family friend Michael Tilson Thomas often joined her brother in piano duets—and passed that passion on to her children.
