James Williams, CPA, has extensive experience in financial management and accounting within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Accounting Manager at Community Partners since January 2023, James previously held roles including Controller at Union Station Homeless Services, Director of Finance at Downtown Women's Center, and Senior Finance Manager at Community Partners. Earlier career positions include Senior Accountant at Green Dot Public Schools and TelePacific Communications, as well as Financial Analyst/Grants Specialist at Chrysalis Los Angeles. James began professional training at Nonprofit Finance Fund as an Associate and managed programs as Program Officer with Liberty Hill Foundation. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA and a Certificate in Accounting from UCLA Extension.
