Tia Hoover has work experience in the healthcare industry. Tia began their career at HCR ManorCare in 2012 as a Certified Nursing Assistant and later became a Scheduling Coordinator. In 2017, they joined Community Medical Services as a Clinic Manager. Tia then progressed to the role of Operations Integrations Manager before being promoted to Regional Operations Director in March 2019.

Tia Hoover earned their Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management from Rasmussen University, where they attended from 2019 to 2021.
