Heather Sims is a Clinical Supervisor at Community Medical Services, specializing in Medication Assisted Treatment since September 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Therapist II at Rogers Behavioral Health in adolescent mental health and addiction recovery programs from February 2021 to March 2023, and as an Adjunct Instructor at MATC, teaching courses such as Documentation & Record Keeping from January 2015 to April 2017. Heather was also a Program Coordinator at Genesis Behavioral Health from August 2013 to April 2016, where responsibilities included staff management, training, and clinical services. Additional roles include Licensed Professional Counselor at The Bridge Health Clinics & Research Centers, Case Manager at Wisconsin Community Services, and various counseling internships and volunteer positions. Heather holds a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Marquette University, obtained in 2009.
