Janet Prichard has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle and Director of Patient Financial Services at Community Medical Center, Inc. since October 2016. Prior to this role, Janet held various positions, including Patient Financial Services Manager at the same institution and Business Office Manager at Community Medical Center. Janet's earlier career includes significant roles at Truman Medical Centers as BH Manager of Professional Billing, and at Saint Luke's Health System as a Patient Access Specialist. Janet began a career in healthcare at Liberty Hospital, where responsibilities included auditing and training for Patient Access, as well as being part of a team that developed the HBOC scheduling system. Janet's initial experience in education was as a Paraprofessional at St. James Catholic School from 1994 to 2001.
