Paige Perkins, CMCA, AMS, is the High Rise Division Manager at Community Management Associates, a position held since February 2014, where oversight of nearly 20 high-rise communities is provided. With prior experience as an on-site association manager for a 31-story condominium building and over a decade as Executive Director for the Sugarloaf Residential Property Owners Association, Paige has a strong background in managing high-end communities and navigating the complexities of community operations. Notably, during tenure as Community Development Director for the City of Chamblee, Georgia, Paige authored the first performance-based zoning ordinance in the state, recognized as an “Outstanding Planning Document” in 2001 by the Georgia Planning Association. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Birmingham-Southern College.
