Kimberly Salone, CAM, has extensive experience in property and community management, currently serving as a Community Association Manager at Community Management Associates since November 2019. Previous roles include Property Manager at Steadfast Companies and RADCO Residential, where significant occupancy improvements were achieved. At YES! Communities, Kimberly revitalized the Woodlands of Kennesaw, leading to a turnaround from negative net operating income to successful sales within two years. An earlier tenure at Signature Management included various roles, starting as a Leasing Agent and progressing to Property Manager and Corporate Trainer. Kimberly holds educational credentials from East Tennessee State University.
