Jeffrey Gaines is an experienced professional in community association management and real estate, currently serving as a Portfolio Association Manager at Community Management Associates since July 2021. With a strong background in managing fiscal and administrative aspects of community associations and acting as a liaison between members and boards, Jeffrey previously held the same position at Fieldstone Realty Partners and worked as an Associate Broker at PalmerHouse Properties. Earlier experience includes property appraisal roles with Cobb County Government, where valuation of various property types was performed, and extensive real estate practice as a REALTOR® with Georgia Associated Realty. In addition, Jeffrey has held roles in sales, recruiting, and customer service, beginning a career in management with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.
