Rose worked for Community Interface Services as a resource counselor and human resources supervisor from 1994-1998. After working for eighteen years as an organizational psychologist, most recently as a Director of Talent Solutions for a professional services organization, she returned to Community Interface Services in May of 2016 as the Associate Director/CFO. She earned her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University and is a Fellow in the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Rose has served as a member of Community Interface’s board since 2003 with past roles of President and Vice President and the current role of Treasurer.
