Jay Muthu is the Group Director of People and Organization Capability at Entain Group. In his role, he leads Talent Acquisition, Organisation Development, Culture, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Performance Management, Learning & Development Leadership Development, Employee Engagement. Prior to Entain Group Jay has worked at Virgin Media, Monster.com, Thomson Reuters, and VMware.

Originally from India, Jay has lived in London for the past 7 years. He is a lifetime wheelchair user having had polio as an infant and believes that positive role-modeling is essential to break stereotypes and preconceived notions.

He brings a unique blend of deep expertise and warm human touch to transforming organizations. He has been instrumental in designing and delivering a number of award-winning people development initiatives and is a much sought-after speaker on leadership, inclusion, and employee engagement.
