Jen also has experience as a Director of Medical Operations, Behavioral Health Operations, and Behavioral Health Department Director. Their education includes a Certificate in Community Health and Community Health Center Management from Suffolk University, as well as a MS in Counseling Psychology from Fitchburg State University, and a BA in Psychology from Clark University.
