Anne Clutterbuck has significant experience in public service and organizational leadership. Currently a Board Member at Community Health Choice since January 2017, Clutterbuck previously served on the Board of Trustees for Harris Health System from December 2012 to November 2021, including a tenure as Chair. Clutterbuck held the position of Vice President at AECOM from June 2013 to August 2019. Prior to these roles, Clutterbuck was a Houston City Council Member from January 2006 to January 2012, during which time served as Mayor Pro-Tem and chaired several committees, notably achieving national recognition for pension reforms. Clutterbuck's career also includes serving as District Director for U.S. Congressman Bill Archer from May 1989 to April 1996. Clutterbuck holds a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Baylor University.
