Shannon Watkins, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Community Health Care Systems, Inc., since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at US Ceramics from September 2019 to December 2023, and various positions at Community Health Care Systems, Inc., from September 2016 to August 2019, and Imerys from August 2007 to July 2016, where Shannon held the position of Sr. HR Representative. Earlier experience includes working as an Administrative Operations Coordinator at Sandersville RYDC from April 2002 to August 2007. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Georgia Military College, and two Associate's degrees in Accounting and Administrative Office Technology from Sandersville Technical College.
