Leah Counts, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Program Officer at the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan, focusing on community-oriented programs and grantmaking initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as Program Officer for Arts & Environmental Initiatives at the Gilbert Family Foundation and Program Manager for Arts & Culture at Rocket Community Fund. Leah has a solid background in project management, having held titles such as Sponsorship Project Manager at dPOP!, and administrative roles at Quicken Loans, where support was provided to both the Director of Facilities and the CEO. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan. Involved in diversity and inclusion initiatives during university, Leah also contributed to the Fathers and Sons Research Project at the University of Michigan School of Public Health and gained health experience as a Nurses Assistant intern at the Detroit Medical Center.
