Sylvia Ng, RDN, currently serves as a Senior Program Coordinator and Teaching Assistant at Chef Ann Foundation since June 2023. As the Creator and Founder of Chefs for CHEFS, Live since July 2021, Sylvia has also contributed to Community Food Share on Nutrition, Food Waste, Garden Operations, and Collaborations Subcommittees since July 2020. Previously, Sylvia held roles such as Menu & Catering Coordinator at UCAR from November 2019 to July 2023, FISD Assistant Director of Dining Services at Compass Group from March 2017 to September 2019, and Culinary Program Assistant Manager at Children's Aid Society from 2013 to 2017. Sylvia's culinary journey includes experiences as a Special Events Chef Assistant at the Institute of Culinary Education, Personal Chef Nutritionist, and Freelance Chef. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Food Science from Hunter College and an Associate of Science in Culinary Baking & Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
