Melinda Ditmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in counseling, office management, and the arts. Currently serving as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor at Community First Solutions since January 2020, Melinda holds a CDCA certification. Previously, Melinda operated as a self-employed freelancer from December 2008 to January 2020, managing various office and communication projects, proposal negotiations, marketing strategies, and website design, while also volunteering as a life coach. Additionally, Melinda contributed as the Secretary and Communication Chair for the St. Xavier Lacrosse Booster Committee from September 2009 to June 2012, and participated in theatre productions as an actor between 2007 and 2009. Earlier career roles include serving as an Executive Assistant at Insight Consulting Partners and as a Personal Assistant to the CEO at Swinney Supply Center, Inc., during which Melinda improved operational efficiency and financial processes. Melinda holds a degree from Tulsa Community College and is a graduate of Labette County High School.
