Tammy McCrae, GPC, CFRE, currently serves as the Development Director at Community First Fund, leading efforts to secure funding aimed at promoting social justice through financial equity and economic opportunities. Prior experience includes their role as Institutional Giving Manager at Da Vinci Science Center, where fundraising initiatives supported a comprehensive campaign for a new science center, and as Grants and Development Officer at Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries, focusing on fundraising for children and family services. Tammy's earlier career includes positions such as Executive Vice President and Program Director at West Shore Chamber of Commerce, Grant Coordinator at Pennsylvania Homecare Association, and Community Development Coordinator for Chaves County, New Mexico. Tammy holds a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Fundraising Leadership and a BA in Communications from Penn State University.
