Shan Sultan is a Network Operations Center Engineer at Community Fibre Limited since May 2022, responsible for managing technical issues related to Access level networks and FTTX, as well as monitoring through multi-vendor NMS systems. Prior to this role, Shan served as a Technical Support Engineer at Fortray Global Service Limited and as a Network Support Engineer at Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited, focusing on IT support and network management. Early career experience includes working as a Lab Attendee at Corvit Systems, where Shan configured various networking equipment. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Cyber Security from Northumbria University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology and Lancaster University. Additional certification in Computer and Network Security from Corvit Systems and Networks has also been obtained.
