Eric Ridgeway has over ten years of experience in the software development industry. Eric currently holds the position of Secretary at Community Entry Service, but they have also served as a Sr. Software Developer for Milliman and a Consultant for Russell Investments in the past.

Eric's experience with digital transformation platforms on the Microsoft Azure platform was gained during their time at Milliman. There, they participated in the design and implementation of several scalable applications to facilitate the design, configuration, versioning and execution of actuarial models across a highly scalable distributed system. Eric also worked hand-in-hand with development teams, testing teams and operations teams to ensure success and facilitate a culture of communication and collaboration. In addition to these duties, Eric also trained and mentored other developers and interns in both tooling and development skills.

Prior to working at Milliman, Eric served as a Consultant for Russell Investments. There, they were responsible for providing consulting services related to the design, development and implementation of software applications. Eric's experience as a Consultant has given him a unique perspective that they bring to their current role as Secretary at Community Entry Service.

Eric Ridgeway has a computer science degree from Missouri Tech and a second computer science degree from Casper College. Eric also has a high school diploma from Kelly Walsh.
