Melanie Adamson is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand strategy and management, particularly within the energy and cleantech sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Alder & Co. since March 2014, Melanie has led the agency in delivering innovative brand marketing solutions. Previously, as the Senior Director of Brand at AHA Strategy and Creative Agency, Melanie contributed to business development and brand marketing initiatives. In the role of VP Marketing at LO3 Energy, contributions included strategic marketing efforts that enhanced the global presence of both the LO3 and Exergy brands. With prior positions at Liquid Agency, PECI, and MacKenzie Marketing Group, Melanie has consistently excelled in client relationship management and the execution of strategic marketing initiatives. Melanie holds a Master's degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of North Texas.
