Justin Goffard currently serves as the Principal of Ben Franklin Elementary in the School District of Menomonee Falls, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as School Principal in the Plymouth Joint School District from September 2020 to July 2023 and as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Goffard held various roles in Elmbrook Schools, including Associate Principal and Instructional Coach, as well as positions in the West Bend School District as an Instructional Coach and Reading Specialist. Starting their career in education as a teacher in the Chicago Public Schools, Goffard has a strong background in literacy and instructional coaching. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Literacy from Benedictine University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
