Frank Gallagher is the Owner and President of The FGX Group, LLC, a Minority Business Enterprise established in 2010, specializing in turn-key program/project management for various industries, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and education. Additionally, Frank serves as a member of the Community Design Collaborative, offering pro bono design services to nonprofit organizations in the Philadelphia area, and has contributed to significant projects, such as renovations for educational institutions and community centers. Previously, Frank held key positions at TD Bank Group as an Owner's Representative and Construction Manager, demonstrating expertise in overseeing large-scale renovation projects across multiple states. With extensive experience in the construction sector, Frank has managed numerous projects at various firms, successfully increasing revenue and improving operational efficiencies. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University.
