Zeng Shu is an experienced professional in the fields of development, social policy, and nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Development at Community Counseling and Mediation since September 2018, Zeng has also contributed as a Graduate Research Fellow at the Columbia China Center for Social Policy, conducting research on safety net programs and facilitating international academic exchanges. Previous roles include internships at the Support Center For Nonprofit Management and the New York Foundation for Senior Citizens, focusing on fundraising, client assessment, and organizational support. Zeng's background is further enhanced by a Master's degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from Shanghai University.
