Raymond Ople currently serves as the Assistant Director of Network Programs and Initiatives and Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) Program Director at the Community Clinic Association of Los Angeles County, overseeing federally-funded technical assistance projects that support numerous health centers. Ople has extensive experience in health information technology, project management, and stakeholder engagement, having successfully managed multiple technical assistance projects totaling over $10 million in funding. Prior roles include positions at Asereth Medical Services and QTC Management, where Ople focused on operations training and health care workforce recruitment. Ople holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion & Disease Prevention Studies from the University of Southern California.
