Tyler Carlisle is a seasoned Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in organizational development and employee relations, currently serving at Community Choice Financial, Inc. since June 2021. Prior to this role, Tyler held a similar position at Kohl's from March 2013 to June 2021, where significant contributions included leading initiatives in performance management, leadership development, and talent management.
