Matt Lloyd currently serves as the Desktop Support Manager at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands since April 2023. Prior to this role, Matt worked as an IT Support Specialist at Advanced Business Networks, providing Tier 1-3 tech support for 200-300 end users and managing remote technical assistance and troubleshooting efforts. Matt's experience includes serving as Technology Services Manager at Savannah College of Art and Design, where support was provided for over 700 users, and as an Audio Visual Support Specialist, responsible for A/V systems across multiple campus locations. Earlier, Matt held a position as an Event Technology Specialist with PSAV. Matt earned a B.S. in Recording Industry Management with a focus on Production & Technology from Middle Tennessee State University.
