Nisha Mathew has experience working as a Programme Manager and Programme Associate at Community Business, focusing on Diversity Inclusion in Asia. Prior to that, Nisha worked as a Teach Manager at U&I Trust, where Nisha led a counseling program for students across multiple centers in India. Nisha also interned at a Mental Health Center and Asha Hai-India, gaining experience in psychology and therapy. Nisha holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Kristu Jayanti College Autonomous and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Jesus and Mary College.
