Nicole Cedillo, MBA, has extensive work experience in the accounting and audit fields. Nicole currently holds the role of VP, Director of Accounting - Employee Benefits at Community Bank System, Inc., where they started in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Accounting Manager at the same company from November 2017 to March 2022.

Before joining Community Bank System, Inc., Cedillo was employed at Fust Charles Chambers LLP. Nicole started as an Audit Associate in October 2013 and was promoted to Senior Audit Associate in October 2015. In these roles, they evaluated client internal controls, provided recommendations to senior management, and acted as a liaison to resolve findings related to Institutional Cost Report Audits. Nicole also gathered clients' information, identified and resolved issues, and made recommendations for process improvements. Cedillo worked at Fust Charles Chambers LLP until November 2017.

Nicole Cedillo, MBA, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at the State University of New York at Oswego from 2008 to 2012. Nicole then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Accounting and Finance at the same university from 2012 to 2013.
