Erin Soares is a skilled project manager and production professional with extensive experience in the arts sector. Currently serving as Project Manager and Executive Coordinator at Community Arts Resources since October 2021, Erin oversees project coordination, opening night events, and collaborates with teams on fundraising and grant applications. Prior roles include Production Manager at Pacific Resident Theatre, where responsibilities involved ensuring project timelines and supporting fundraising events, and Conservatory Administrator, managing daily operations of educational programs. Erin also served as Special Programs Assistant at Lula Washington Dance Theatre, assisting with major events and supporting executive staff. Notably, as President/Producer of the SC Ballroom and Latin Dance Team, Erin led a large team in organizing competitive and social dance events.
