Roger Santone has over three decades of work experience in various leadership roles in the field of information technology. Roger is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Communities Foundation of Texas since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Information Technology Executive at The Dallas Arboretum & Botanic Garden from July 2018 to January 2021. Before that, they held the position of CIO / EVP Technology at the American Heart Association from January 2013 to July 2018. Roger Santone has also served as a CIO / SVP of IT in companies like Brinks Inc., Atrium, and USF Logistics. Their career includes roles like CTO / SVP of IT at Summit Global Partners and CIO at Global Compression Services, Inc. Roger began their career as a Manager Systems Development at BNSF Railway and worked as a Project Manager at Bank One. Overall, they have held senior positions in multiple organizations, showcasing their expertise and experience in the field of information technology management.

Roger Santone attended Louisiana Tech University from 1977 to 1982, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology.
