Bryan Harms is an experienced coach and facilitator in urban ministry and church development, currently serving as an Urban Ministry Coach and Catalyst at Communitas International since January 2019, while also working as a Transformational Coach for Christian Associates International since February 2012, assisting church-planters in community development. Previous roles include Development Coach at TKC Ventures, where Bryan enhanced group dynamics and creative problem-solving, and Vice President of the Church-Planting Center at RCPC, focusing on network development and church growth in Brazil. Bryan's extensive background also includes work as an Educator with World Team, facilitating indigenous leadership training, and as an Intercultural Ministries Coach at Outreach Canada, promoting bridge-building with immigrant communities. Educational qualifications include a BA in Biblical Education from Columbia International University and a master's level education in Communications from Wheaton College, along with partial coursework in Intercultural Ministries from Trinity Western University.
