Olga Taylor PhD is a seasoned executive coach and organizational development consultant with over 20 years of experience in enhancing management performance and executive presence. As a Hogan Certified Coach at New Paradigms Consortium Inc. since June 1993, Olga specializes in coaching senior management and executives. Current roles include Executive Coach and Facilitator at Communispond, where emphasis is placed on excellence in executive presentations, and additional experience as an Executive Coach with Acuity Coaching Ltd. and an Organization Development Consultant with Sasol. Olga has served as an Adjunct Professor at Southern Methodist University, recognized for exceptional teaching, and has engaged in various speaking engagements focusing on executive presence and communication. Olga holds a PhD in Public Policy and Political Economy, an MS in Applied Sociology, and an MA in Intercultural Relations from reputable institutions.
