Nick Darbyshire is currently a Council Member at Communication Workers Union. Prior to that, they were an HR Administrator (Employee Relations) at Leicester City Council from March 2010 to September 2010. Before that, they were a Team Manager at Santander UK from August 1997 to March 2010.

After completing their A-Levels, Nick Darbyshire attended De Montfort University where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration.
