Jacob Wiggins is a Network Field Engineer and Deployment Engineer at Commsworld, where responsibilities include data collection, installation and maintenance of telecom systems, technical support, and equipment testing since March 2019. Prior to this, Jacob worked as a Porter at Asda for a brief period and spent nearly five years at KR Multicase as an Office/Factory Worker, focusing on product design, customer service, order processing, inventory management, and assembly. Jacob holds a BTEC National Diploma Level 3 in Information Technology from Colchester Institute, earned between 2010 and 2014.
