Kai Hsu currently serves as the Vice President of Global Real Estate at CommScope, where responsibilities include overseeing real estate strategy and operations, as well as acting as the Interim Director of Physical Security for the Americas. Hsu is also an Advisory Board Member at BLUME since May 2023. Previous experience includes the role of Regional Facilities Operations Manager at TIAA, managing facilities operations for multiple corporate campuses and regional offices, and serving as Assistant Facilities Manager for the City of Coppell, handling maintenance and capital projects. Hsu has a significant background in community management and facilities operations, having successfully managed multimillion-dollar projects and improved operational efficiencies in various prior roles. Education credentials include an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas and a BA in Political Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
