Franco Fernandes is an experienced Process Engineer and Team Leader with a focus on the production of fibre patch cords at CommScope since June 2016. Responsibilities include monitoring daily production and preparing weekly production schedules aligned with customer requirements and production capabilities. Prior to this role, Franco served as a Production Supervisor at Putzmister Concrete Machine Pvt. Ltd. from December 2013 to June 2016, where responsibilities involved manpower allocation and setting and meeting time-based production targets. Franco holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Padre Conceicao College of Engineering (2009-2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Science from Damodar Higher Secondary School (2007-2009), with early education completed at Loyola High School (2001-2007).
