Scott Craig has extensive experience as a Field Engineer, currently employed at Comms-care since September 2022, providing multi-vendor support services in collaboration with channel partners. Prior to this role, Scott worked at TSG from September 2004 to July 2022, where responsibilities included supporting small to medium-sized environments and managing onsite issues related to Microsoft Active Directory, hardware, software, and security solutions. Scott's earlier roles at NVT Group and ESCO CSM focused on onsite break-fix support for IT environments, beginning in April 1998 and continuing until September 2004. Scott holds a Higher National Certificate in Electronic Engineering from Motherwell College.
