Tommy Comer serves as the Chief HR Officer at Commonwealth Senior Living since January 2014, overseeing 40 communities and managing operations for over 2,000 employees across multiple states. Previously, Tommy held the position of Human Resources Director (Regional VP) at Integral Senior Living, where management extended to 23 communities and a workforce of more than 1,500 employees. In earlier roles, including Area Director of Human Resources at EDMC and Department Supervisor of Human Resources at Mervyns, Tommy developed and implemented various HR initiatives focused on recruitment, retention, and compliance. Tommy Comer holds a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University, an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
