Tina Allard, PMP, is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in the information and technology sector. As the owner of Allard Alliance since May 2023, Tina leads complex projects across diverse technical environments. Currently serving as the Manager of Strategy and Project Management at CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union since October 2017, Tina successfully managed a digital banking platform conversion, a significant merger increasing total assets by $15M, and an overhaul of procedural databases. Prior experience includes positions as Branch Manager at BancFirst, Mortgage Loan Officer and Commercial Loan Specialist at UMB Bank, and Relationship Banker at Chase. Tina holds a degree from San Angelo State University.
