Sean Englehart, SHRM-CP, aPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Manager for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since April 2022. Prior to this role, Sean held positions as a Human Resources Coordinator at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and as a Benefits Assistant at Northeastern University. Additional experience includes working as a Human Resources Associate at Defenders of Wildlife and as a Human Resources Assistant focused on Talent Acquisition at Northern Virginia Community College. Earlier career roles include serving as a Human Resources Expert at Target and a Maintenance Specialist/Analyst at Tootsie Roll Industries. Sean began a career in Human Resources with an internship at Wareham District Court and holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections/Business Management from Bridgewater State University, completed in 2015.
