Megan Driscoll serves as a Board Member for the MassHire State Workforce Development Board, appointed by Governor Maura Healey, providing guidance on workforce development aligned with state educational and economic objectives. As Co-Chair of the Wage Equity Now Coalition at The Boston Foundation since October 2022, Megan advocates for fair wage practices. In 2020, Megan founded and became the CEO of Megan Driscoll Consulting, focusing on career coaching and helping individuals connect with meaningful careers, leveraging two decades of recruitment experience. Previously, Megan founded and led PharmaLogics Recruiting, a prominent bio-pharmaceutical recruiting company, from 2004 to 2019, earning multiple accolades for workplace excellence. Earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Recruiter at FPC Worldwide from 1998 to 2004, and education from Davidson College, where Megan obtained a Bachelor's degree in History.
