Jillian Fennimore currently serves as the Director of Communications for the Office of Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey, a position held since January 2023. With over a decade of experience in communications, Jillian has contributed to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in various roles within the Office of the Attorney General, including Director of Communications, Press Secretary, and Deputy Press Secretary. Prior to this, Jillian was the Communications Manager for the American Red Cross, advocating for services across nearly 190 communities. Jillian began a career in journalism at GateHouse Media New England, where duties included serving as Editor and Reporter, and also gained experience as website talent for Boston.TV. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in English Journalism, Communication, and Art from the University of New Hampshire, obtained in 2004.
