Henok Sahilu Teffera CPA, MBA possesses extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Director of Finance for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since January 2021. Prior to this role, Henok held various positions at State Street from February 2009 to January 2021, including Assistant Vice President in Fund Administration and Financial Reporting, Assistant Director/Officer in Financial Reporting, and Financial Reporting Manager. Earlier experience includes a position in Audit at Ernst & Young and a Senior Fund Accountant role at State Street Corp. Henok began a career in finance at the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia as a Loan Review officer. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and a B.Sc in Finance from UMass Boston, as well as a B.A in Accounting from Addis Ababa University.
