Catia Sharp serves as the Chief of Social Innovation at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, advancing strategic innovation projects to enhance government performance. Previously, Catia held positions such as Senior Manager of Behavioral Health Strategy and Finance at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services and Health and Justice Policy Associate at Commonwealth Medicine, where efforts focused on improving healthcare access for justice-involved individuals. Additional roles included Coordinator of Smart Justice Initiatives, a candidate for State Representative, and a graduate internship with the New York City Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services. Catia's educational background includes a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Environmental Studies from Northeastern University.
