Irma Turner is a seasoned Benefits Program Consultant with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, serving since May 2005 in various capacities within the Data Analysis Branch and Premium Billing Branch. Expertise includes providing analytic and administrative support for health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefit programs while acting as a point of contact for systemic, data, and financial initiatives involving diverse stakeholders.
