Abhiram Muktineni is an experienced professional in CRM operations and analytics, currently serving as the Lead at the Commonwealth of Kentucky since April 2014. Prior to this role, Abhiram worked as a Data Analyst at Best Buy from September 2013 to March 2014 and gained foundational technical skills as a Student Technician at the University of Houston-Clear Lake between October 2011 and May 2013. Abhiram holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.
