Robert Davis is an accomplished Electrical and Electronics Engineer with extensive research experience. Currently serving as a Technical Intern at Commonwealth Fusion Systems, Robert engages in multiphysics modeling of superconducting magnet systems. As a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California San Diego, Robert contributes to advanced projects, building on a strong educational foundation that includes a PhD, MS, and BS in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Applied Mathematics from UC San Diego and the University of Colorado Boulder. Previous roles include conducting research on sensor networks for solar power at UC San Diego, analyzing semiconductor lasers at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and supporting electronics development for a Mars Rover exhibit at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science.
