Lori Medford James, MBA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lori'smost recent role is as the Chief Administrative Officer at Commonwealth Catholic Charities since January 2022, where they oversee various functions including Human Resources, Information Technology, Facilities, and Fleet Services. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Administration at the same organization, where they were responsible for HR, IT, Facilities, and Fleet Services across multiple locations in Virginia. Lori Medford James holds an Executive MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business, which they completed from 2020 to 2022. Lori also obtained a BA in International Studies and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, graduating between 1999 and 2004. In addition to their degrees, Lori has also obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in February 2018. Lori has also earned the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM Certification in the same month and year.
